Cancellations

Our cancellation policy is as follows: A room reservation can be cancelled 60 days prior to planned arrival date at no charge. A cancellation within 30 days prior to planned arrival date would be charged with 40% of the arranged accommodation price. A cancellation until two weeks prior to planned arrival date would be charged with 70% of the arranged room rate, and short term cancellations would be charged with 90% of the entire accommodation. In the event, that your room reservation could offer other occupancy, cancellation fees would be reduced or not applied.

In the case of an unforeseen event which could prompt a cancellation, late arrival or early departure. We suggest concluding a cancellation insurance policy. To avoid inconvenience, we are available to arrange the insurance policy for you. All we need is your permission along with your credit card details.

The insurance premium amount to about 5% of the room price.

The jurisdiction of Bludenz has legal basis and contractual validation of Austrian hotels.
