It’s a tradition we’ve carried on not out of habit, but because we believe there’s still something deeply comforting in knowing the day is already taken care of. The menus reflect both our alpine setting and a broader sensibility—seasonal ingredients, Austrian classics, and elegant international fare. But we’re not above the simple pleasures: a classic Wiener Schnitzel, a crisp club sandwich on the terrace, or a delicate consommé after the slopes.
And for those who linger after dinner, the cheese buffet offers a wide-ranging selection of over 60 international cheeses.

Our legacy with wine runs deep: on an evening in 1982, the First Austrian Sommelier Club was founded within these walls.
